One day
Leadership in challenging times, a six-hour instructor-led course, is designed to help leaders acquire knowledge and skills to provide a psychologically safe workplace. Currently, 35% of Canadian employees experiencing burnout, 49 per cent of full time Canadians, employees feel fatigued at the end of the workday.
